Your items are packaged and shipped via USPS. Tracking will be provided once your package is shipped (if applicable).
If shipping address differs from the address you have on file with Etsy, please provide your correct shipping address when placing your order. Shipping address can not be changed once item has been shipped.
If an order is returned to us, you have two options: 1) cover return shipping, or 2) receive a partial refund (minus 15% of order total).
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Refunds are not offered for this shop.
We *do not* allow cancellations after 2 business days from order completion date at this time.
